Students at the forum also expressed interest in learning more about how to connect their general education to real-world topics, committee chair Will Durfee said. Jackson said he hopes the curriculum will equip students with skills that will prepare them for their future endeavors.ĭuring the student forum on Monday, some students said they feel like they need to “check off the boxes” in order to graduate with current requirements, according to Jackson. Respondents also generally said they appreciated having a variety of curriculum requirements set in place.
